2015 AGC Excellence in Construction Award

The CH2M Hill Seismic Upgrade project consisted of a seismic upgrade inside a fully functional 150,000 SF building.  The work involved installing new structural steel bracing, removing and replacing GFRC wall panels, windows, HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpet, ceilings and lighting.  The work was spread out over 52 locations on six different floors throughout the facility that each impacted building occupants.  UNIT was able to manage the entire construction process and limit the disruption to the facility and tenants while providing superior service to the building owner.
