Pace-Anchorage

The 185,000 SF Retail Store was constructed in a time frame that had never been achieved by the national retailer Kmart.  Their request to have the store open in time for the enhanced retail season in the Alaskan summer was achieved by utilizing expedited material delivery, accelerated construction activity and phased/overlapped work scopes.  All subcontractors and suppliers were involved early on with the accelerated requirements that this project demanded.
