AIH #2 Building Renovations

UNIT has been selected to renovate the 152,620 SF old Sam's Club on Dimond and Old Seward into a new Alaska Industrial Hardware Headquarters and store.  UNIT originally constructed the Sam's Club in 1993 and are excited to renovate this facility for a new chapter in it's life. Renovations include the addition of three new loading docks and material storage racks to facilitate state wide product distribution. The lighting will also be replaced with high efficient LED fixtures.
