JBE062 Fitness Center Renovation

UNIT COMPANY, and our JV partners Bethel Federal Services, were approached by the US Army Corps of Engineers to renovate the Fitness Center at JBER-Elmendorf that was severally damaged due to the Earthquake in November of 2018.  Renovations included crack repairs to the pool and installation of new membrane, crack repairs and painting in selected areas, seismic upgrades, refinishing of the fieldhouse gym floor to include new wall bases, replace roof drains at five locations, replace and repair damaged ceiling and carpet tiles, seismic upgrades and various mechanical and electrical repairs.
